Effective July 1st, IEBP is implementing Periodic EOB’s for our membership.
Periodic EOB’s are designed to create a consolidated document based upon an episode of care. These documents will be mailed out every twenty-one (21) days.
Members are now able to search for specific items, look at FAQ’s and submit inquiries on items they
are unable to find. To access the Help Center, log on to your myHealth Portal and click on the "Help" menu item.
Wanting to find an in-network provider? We have a tool for that. Search by Dr. name, specialty, facility or even treatment type.
IEBP’s Customer Care is continuing to extend their call center hours.
